    A classic cut for beef barbeque. Long, slow smoking or braising is the way to tender flavorful brisket. The fat cap on the outside protects the meat from the heat and adds juiciness and tenderness during the cooking process. From pot roasts to slow cooked BBQ sandwiches, the rich flavor will leave you wanting more.

    We have our brisket cut in half for a more manageable piece.  Each cut weighs between 4.5 - 6.5 lbs each. Choose the size that works best for you.


    • 5N Pastures beef is raised on pasture and finished on pasture with minimal grain supplemented to add marbling and flavor.  As always, our proteins never have any added hormones or antibiotics. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

      5N beef is harvested at 2 years of age or younger, creating more tender and flavorful cuts.
