Half Lamb Deposit 

 

Reserve now for March and April 2023.

Deposit is made upon purchase, and remainder will be paid prior to or upon pickup.

Total price is based on $13.00 per pound carcass weight.

 

When buying a whole lamb, your price includes the animal, full processing, vacuumed sealed packaging, and freezing.

 

Standard Cuts of lamb typically include:

Lamb chops, Leg roast, Ribs, Ground, Kabob/Stew Meat

 

Contact us to check availability if you are interested in a complete half carcass to roast or further process yourself.

 

On average, we finish out our whole lamb at approximately 55 - 65 lbs dressed weight (hanging or carcass weight). Your price is based on the actual dressed weight. Your deposit paid online will be deducted from the total price. We will notify you of your final price once processed and you will have the opportunity to pay the balance prior to pickup. 

 

Depending on final carcass weight, a typical half lamb should yield around 15-20 lbs of packaged meat. These weights are approximate and depend on size of the lamb harvested.

Whole lamb can be shipped if processed into individual cuts. Shipping is NOT included in this price and will be added in the final payment.

  • Our lambs are born and hand raised on nutrient dense pasture right here on our farm. We raise Dorper, a hair sheep, which is a delicate meat with a mild flavor, is extremely tender, and is much leaner than wool breeds. All-natural and ethically grown, it is free of antibiotics and has no added hormones. While primarily raised on pasture, our lamb is minimally supplemented with grain for great marbling and flavor. 5N meats are vacuum sealed to preserve quality and freshness.
