Leg of Lamb (Bone-In)
Our lambs are born and hand raised on nutrient dense pasture right here on our farm. We raise Dorper, a hair sheep, which is a delicate meat with a mild flavor, is extremely tender, and is much leaner than wool breeds. All-natural and ethically grown, it is free of antibiotics and has no added hormones. While primarily raised on pasture, our lamb is minimally supplemented with grain for great marbling and flavor. 5N meats are vacuum sealed to preserve quality and freshness.
